OMG CR Base Sheet Fasteners are one-piece, precision formed from G-90 galvanized steel, coated with CR-10, and pre-assembled with a 2.75-in. diameter galvalume plate. These fasteners are available in two sizes and can be used to secure base sheets to poured lightweight insulating concrete, and on certain poured gypsum decks.
For roofing applications, the Spike is a one-piece, vibration resistant anchor available for use to fasten insulation, single-ply membrane, wood, and metal to structural concrete roof decks. This version of the Spike has a Perma-Seal™ coating, and is designed for use in conjunction with Powers stress plates for insulation and membrane attachments.
The TruFast TL Fastener is designed to mechanically attach rigid insulation board and single-ply membrane to structural cement wood fiber, gypsum and lightweight insulating concrete roof decks. It features a high thread profile with a tapered root diameter and sharp point. Its unique design allows it to penetrate the roof deck and progressively compact the base material, creating a stronger hold in weak material. The TL Fastener is used in conjunction with the TruFast 2” TL Seam Plate and 3” TL Insulation Plate.
