We stock a wide range of self-drilling screws with washer in 410 stainless steel. The fasteners feature a self-drilling point, and drill and tap in just one step. In addition. a long life coating adds additional protection in outdoor or corrosive environments.

• A standard screwgun with a depth sensitive nosepiece should be used to install. For optimal fastener performance, the screwgun should be a minimum of 6 amps and have an RPM range of 0-2500
• The fastener must penetrate beyond the metal structure a minimum of 3 pitches of thread
• EPDM washer with vulcanized bonding provides water tight seal and eliminates separation from the metal backing

Common applications include: clips to structural steel or bar joist, duct work to steel framing, liner panels to structural steel or bar joist, brick ties to steel framing, accessories to steel or bar joist, HVAC, electrical accessories to steel framing, and longer length fasteners can be used in retrofit clip and sheet applications.
