Description
OMG RhinoBond Plates are designed to secure roof insulation and thermoplastic* roof membranes. Plates are 3-in. (80 mm) round, specially coated Galvalume, installed with OMG-manufactured fasteners** on steel, wood or structural concrete roof decks.
RhinoBond is a proprietary roof attachment system approved for use by select roofing manufacturers. The system requires the use of RhinoBond Plates and OMG manufactured fasteners, as well as a RhinoBond welding tool. Pre Drilling is required on
structural concrete decks.

• RhinoBond Plates meet FM 4470 criteria for corrosion resistance, and feature a wide welding surface to promote a strong bond.
• RhinoBond Plates are packaged in weather-resistant pails for easy handling
All RhinoBond plates have a recessed center and a raised flat bonding surface, and come in easy to handle weather resistant packaging.
TPO: RhinoBond Plates for TPO membranes are gold. PVC: RhinoBond Plates for PVC membranes are black. RhinoBond Plates are packaged in plastic weather-resistant pails of 500 pieces each.
