Description
OMG Steel Plates are made of Galvalume® coated steel. The round design provides an even distribution of loads and eliminates sharp corners that can damage the insulation or membrane. OMG 2-in. (50 mm) plates are used for lap seam fastening. OMG 3-in. (75 mm) plates are for fastening insulation. These plates are designed to be used with OMG fasteners.

• 2-in. (50 mm) Metal Seam Plate: Used for attaching single-ply membrane to the substrate. Use with OMG Standard, Heavy
Duty or CD-10 fasteners.
• 3-in. (75 mm) Ribbed Galvalume Plate: Used for attaching insulation to the substrate. Use with OMG Standard, Heavy Duty, XHD or CD-10 fasteners.
• 3-in. (75 mm) Galvalume Steel Plate (Flat): Used to attach insulation to the substrate. Use with OMG Standard, Heavy Duty, XHD or CD-10 fastener.
Coating: OMG steel plates are coated with AZ55 corrosion resistant coating which passes the corrosion requirements of FM Approval Standard 4470 and EAD030351-00-0402.
Available in 2″ metal seam plates, 3″ ribbed galvalume plate, and 3″ galvalume flat steel plate
